More ways to support Women, Men and Children through Tender Care
When expecting parents participate in the pregnancy & parenting classes, they are presented with gifts. Upon completion, each client receives a diaper bag full of baby items, clothing, blankets and gifts for the new baby. Also included is a Layette Basket as an added ‘welcome baby’ gift. These baskets are created from generous donations, or can be a wonderful group project. Your group can collect the items, have fun assembling the baskets, and drop off at the center to be gifted to clients for their expectant bundles of joy.
Each mom gets a special Mom Gift Bag and Dad receives his own Dad Gift with items to take along to the hospital for their precious delivery day. If you would like to help provide these special gifts, you can donate any of the following items or assemble gift bags with a personal touch, as a gift for each expectant parent.
All of these gifts are greatly appreciated and can be a great group project. Your group can hold a donation drive and assemble these special gifts to present for Tender Care clients.
